Terms and conditions for using Aborio listings, accounts, applications, messages, and document tools.

• Aborio provides listing discovery, account, application, messaging, document, and contact tools.
• Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Platform.
• Aborio is not a party to rental, sale, agency, or service agreements between users.
• Users must provide accurate information and keep account credentials secure.
• Listing owners and agencies are responsible for listing accuracy, legality, availability, prices, fees, utility costs, deposits, photos, and contact details.
• Aborio does not verify or guarantee the accuracy, legality, or enforceability of listing-related charges.
• Applicants are responsible for the accuracy of application information and uploaded documents.
• Users retain ownership of uploaded content and grant Aborio a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, distribute, and process that content to operate, improve, promote, and secure the Platform.
• Users confirm that they have the necessary rights to upload and share their content.
• Listings may be archived, unpublished, removed from public visibility, or retained for operational, legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, and compliance purposes.
• Archiving does not necessarily mean permanent deletion.
• Illegal, misleading, discriminatory, fraudulent, abusive, infringing, spam, scraping, impersonation, and security-interference activity is prohibited.
• Aborio may remove content, deactivate listings, restrict features, suspend accounts, or preserve records for security, legal compliance, disputes, fraud prevention, or terms enforcement.
• Aborio may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate the Terms, create security risks, engage in fraud, abuse the Platform, or otherwise harm users or the service.
• Personal data is handled under the Privacy Policy.
• Aborio does not guarantee listing availability, user transactions, or error-free third-party information.
• These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws where applicable.
• Material terms updates may require renewed acceptance before continued account use.
